Refunds and Cancellation



TechAssistants is committed to provide a professional and pleasant service experience to all its customers and we have a very transparent and customer friendly policy on refunds and cancellation of any services order.

To initiate any refund you can inform your case to refunds and cancellation department by writingĀ  to BILLING@TECHASSISTANTS.COM
The standard time to process a refund is within 24 working hours of signing the online refunds agreement, however please note most banks take 2 to 3 days to credit the customer account after we have processed the same.

Customers are advised to read the following carefully before claiming a refund.

For Onsite Support Plans
Onsite service delivery goes through three step process of remote issue diagnosis through phone or remote connection, scheduling an onsite technician and then onsite visit by an technician. Any cancellation request and corresponding refunds would depend on the status and stage of the service delivery process post receipt of order confirmation from customer

You can cancel an onsite plan by calling on our toll-free number upto six hours before the scheduled appointment. Onsite support plans cannot be cancelled by emailing us.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Onsite Services orders are Services Only Contracts and do not include any parts replacement if any parts are found to be defective.
  • No refunds can be claimed if any change requests are made in less than 6 hours of technicians planned visit or during or after technicians visit.
  • However, if you feel that the primary issue reported at the time of service order is not resolved as per your expectation, you can get a revisit arranged by calling us on the toll-free number at no additional cost to you.
For Online Support Services
Customers can avail refund of services amount excluding any amount paid for software licences such as anti virus or system optimizer or any hardware, the balance amount is refundable if the technicians are not able to address the primary issue reported during the first 15 days of services contract start date.

O2 If the Primary problem can not be resolved due to hardware issue, however the technician has worked for more than 30 mins to identify the problem 29.99
O3 Primary problem is resolved, however remaining period of subscription is not required 99.99
O4 Subscription based services are cancelled after 7 days of first problem resolution 99.99 plus 19.99 x number of months from subscription date

NOTE : If the services included any software or hardware then the same can not be refunded and shall be charged at following rate:

For Secured and Managed Plans

You can get any secured or Managed support plan cancelled anytime during the plan period by writing a mail to us at SUPPORT@TECHASSISTANTS.COM Our customer services representative will revert with the details of the refund within 2 working days with the details of the claimed refund. When you cancel any Secured or Managed plan, you get the refund for the months left in your plan to expire on pro-rata basis minus any administrative fee if applicable
